Make a Ceramic Bowl (or Two) with Fresh Botanicals

Join The Walter Hive in their maker-space for a ceramics workshop! Learn about the therapeutic benefits of working with clay and create a ceramic bowl made from fresh botanicals – such as a cabbage leaf. No experience is necessary and instruction and materials will be provided. This class is for ages 10 and up.
*Note – in this workshop you will work with raw clay to create your piece and leave it at Walter Hive to be fired in our kiln. A green glaze will then be applied by us and then fired again. You will be able to pick up your artwork on or after March 12th.
For safety, please bring closed toe shoes, an wear clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty.
