DESCRIPTION:Join us in the Walter Art Gallery for an art workshop with special guest artist\, Andrea Merican where we will create colorful and creative abstract paintings! You will be immersed and inspired by Andrea Merican’s exhibit\, “Metamorphosis: Abstract Expressions in Watercolor and Oil” which will be displayed in the gallery\, and you will be taught by the artist herself! This class is for ages 16 and up. \nIn this class\, we will explore abstract or non-representational art using a variety of materials such as watercolor\, pencil and pen. We will let loose and follow our intuition to create a work of art that is uniquely ours\, reflecting our own thoughts or feelings.
