Peach Springs Boys and Girls Club Workshops
The Walter Hive had so much fun on Thursday and Friday working with the Boys and Girls Club in Peach Springs! The kids learned wood working, painting, and how to use the laser cutter to make frames for their paintings that they took home. They used different types of tools like drills, hammers, paint brushes and tons of glue! There was also a 3D printer demonstration running throughout the workshops that was a big hit. There was a wide variety of projects that the kids had the opportunity to do including a communal art piece that will be displayed at the Peach Springs Boys and Girls Club center. We are very grateful to have the opportunity to work with these kids and many of them asked us when we would be back with more projects!
